2023-Present Quality Manager CAP Fleet

Quality Manager: Daily meeting with multiple locations to discuss Q.C score card and findings that found in final inspections, creating quality alerts when a safety issue is found. Weekly meetings with the techs, oversee all warranty calls and warranty reps. Implementation of quality control steps that resulted in a 75% reduction is customer complaints saving company $30 thousand dollars .Implementation and management of Safety program for multiple locations, resulting in injury free locations at all Cap Fleet locations. Development and implementation of corporate process level KPIs for monitoring performance and identification of areas that require improvement.

2021-2023 Senior Supply Quality Engineer Ultra Clean Technologies

Senior Supply Quality Engineer: Daily meeting with supplier to improve their zero-defect (ZED) program and to review the NCM, Audit new suppliers so they could be added to UCT approve vendor list and re-audit every year. Disposition MRB material daily and advise suppliers of the issues found with their parts. Development and training of Quality Inspection and production staff on GD&T requirements, resulting on a 20% reduction in customer complaints

2019-2021 Quality Manager Cortec Sheet Metal

Quality Manager: Effectively manage a team of 17 employees. Successfully supported implementation of AS9100D Aerospace standard; attained AS9100 auditor certification. Passed all ISO audits with 0 findings. Trained a staff of 8 internal auditors. Maintained strong relationship and met with key customers.

Director of quality: Successfully attained three Government certifications for the wet paint divisions. Managed quality for wet paint and powder coating. Developed, implemented and maintained quality control work specifications, policies and procedures for both divisions. Trained and certified a staff of 12 internal auditors. Director of quality: Successfully attained ISO certifications for 5 separate divisions. Managed quality for all five locations. Developed, implemented and maintained quality control work specifications, policies and procedures for all divisions for reworking computers. Trained and certified a staff of 35 internal auditors. Maintained strong customer relations with Tier 1 OEM’s Traveled to all locations to maintain ISO Process.

Quality Control Manager

JMC Products

Quality control manager: Managed a team of 22 employees. Responsible for developing the quality team, which resulted in company savings of $350K in 1999. Improved efficiency by 73%, reduced production errors by 52%, which reduced customer errors by 90%. Developed and implemented quality goals and objectives for production team for fans and heat sinks for Dell computers. Worked with customers directly to identify problems with equipment and products and engineered solutions.

1995-1996:

Quality control contact representative: ISO representative who assisted in preparation of the company’s ISO certification. Tracked incoming and outgoing parts via fast-track software. Assisted In: clean room inspections, class 100 inspections, class 10 inspections, incoming inspections, pressure test inspections, weld inspections and work order review for Applied Materials.

1985-1995:

QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Quality control supervisor: Supervised 100 employees (1/4 of the companies’ workforce). Responsible for employee hiring/termination as well as review and evaluations. Designed and instructed weekly safety classes which reduced on the job injuries by 100%. Planned and designed equipment layout to ensure proper/efficient workflow. Responsible for identifying problems with the equipment as well as the product and engineering solutions. Mastered all levels of inspections as a class 1 Quality Control Inspector.

Demonstrated proficiency at final forging heat treat, threading phosphate blueprints and blanking hard metal magnetic tubalscope.
