2023-Present Quality Manager CAP Fleet

Quality Manager: Daily meeting with multiple locations to discuss Q.C score card and findings that found in final inspections, creating quality alerts when a safety issue is found. Weekly meetings with the techs, oversee all warranty calls and warranty reps. Implementation of quality control steps that resulted in a 75% reduction is customer complaints saving company $30 thousand dollars .Implementation and management of Safety program for multiple locations, resulting in injury free locations at all Cap Fleet locations.
