Been a pharmacy technician for Walgreens. Am in charge of charge backs in the pharmacy and serve as head technician on the evening shifts. Am knowledgeable on the laws in Texas regarding drugs, policies and what techs can and cannot do. Also taught pharmacology in Memphis, TN at a now defunct trade school. It was exciting to help shape and grow future pharmacy technicians. The world of a pharmacy technician has grown since I stepped into the pharmacy my first day. I have my Cpht license and my state board of Texas license. I type, answer the phone, resolve insurance issues and help my fellow techs when they get stuck on something
