Job Responsibilities
Receipt of incoming materials as per the approved process.
Issue of materials to the project as free issue, chargeable and returnable basis as per the procedure .
Tracking of Returnable materials/charging of chargeable materials.
Prepare MIS as per the schedule weekly/monthly.
Ensure security of the materials under custody and safe material handling
Bill receiving in system and bill forwarding in accounts dept
Co-ordination with stores related material requirements. Co-ordination with purchaser as per site requirement.
Maintaining of Issue note as per material issue voucher records
Follow up with vendor as per material requirements & purchase order.
Making Critical Stocks on daily basis & reporting the same to Management.
Followup with Purchaser regarding indent item..
Preparation of Incoming Material receipt note.
Rising of Contractor’s Debit Note.
Followup with Transporter / Purchase for timely delivery of Material at Site

Worked with Sabsons Agency pvt Ltd, jalandhar From April 2008 to dec-2012 as a computer operator & technical supervisor .
Worked with A one international, jalandhar One year Store keeper & Computer Operator.
Worked at IL&FS engineering and construction company Ltd. site bilaspur in KNC project NH-21 Nov’2014 to 16 Jan. 2018 as a Store keeper. Looking store activity with Updation of all Materials.
Doing job in Skylight Manpower & Hospitality at Bilaspur H. P nov. 2018 to till date now as a Billing Clerk.
