Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills. A warm, empathetic approach to customers and co-workers, honed by well over 32 years in customer service. Excellent management skills, gained from over 25 years in management positions.

Extensive experience with point-of-sale systems, including Spot-On, Toast, and Cheddar. Excellent organizational and work-flow skills, gained through customer service, management of workers, and stocking/ordering/inventory.

My primary job for the last 30+ years has been managing a popular Lincoln Mexican restaurant. I have excellent customer service skills and management skills. Proficient in all aspects of running a kitchen as well, from batch cooking, prep, line order cooking, dish area, bar tending, ordering, inventory, setting daily pars, and more. I have experience with taking orders, making sales, over-the-phone transactions.
