Eligibility: This promotion is open to all Comun account holders who are in compliance with our Terms and Conditions and who have received this offer directly from Comun ("Eligible Participant").

Promotional Period: The promotion begins on April 30, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on May 7, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.

Offer Details: Eligible Participants who deposit a minimum of $50 USD into their Comun account during the Promotional Period will receive 5% cashback on Qualifying Purchases made on the Comun debit card during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum of $100 USD (the “Cashback Reward”).

The Cashback Reward shall be applied in the form of a credit to the Eligible Participant's Comun account before 11:59 PM PST on May 9, 2024 after the Promotional Period concludes.

Qualifying Purchases: A Qualifying Purchase includes purchases made on the Comun debit card and excludes ATM transactions, the purchase of money orders or other cash equivalents, cash over portions of point-of-sale transactions, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) payments

(such as Apple Pay Cash), online sports betting and internet gambling transactions, and loan payments or account funding made with your debit card. In addition, purchases made using third-party payment accounts (services such as Venmo® and PayPal®, who also provide P2P payments) are excluded. Apple Pay® is a trademark of Apple Inc. Venmo and PayPal are registered trademarks of PayPal, Inc. Samsung Pay is a registered trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Google, Google Pay, and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.

This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and may be modified or canceled by Comun at any time without prior notice. Eligible Participants will be notified of any modification or cancelation through the Comun app or website. A Cashback Reward will not be earned in cases where the Qualifying Purchase was made after Comun’s cancellation of this promotion.

Comun is not responsible for failures on your part to meet the standards of this promotion. The value of this Cashback Reward may constitute taxable income. The recipient of the Cashback Reward is responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the Cashback Reward, and should consult a tax advisor if he/she has questions about the tax treatment of Cashback Reward.

This promotion is not valid with any other offer and is not transferable. If Comun notices any activity that it believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Comun reserves the right to revoke a Cashback Reward and/or cancel future eligibility for Comun promotions.
