Maintenance Supervisor Health Technician

My name is Kenneth Artis I have been a maintenance supervisor for 13 years and can do most anything in apartments, I have work as labore custodial work as a health technician for 28/1/2 years have perform handman work for other over the years,my education is some college I am 68 year old and still to work with my hand I live in Goldsboro n.c 27530 live in my house for 21 years I have some times calls to come out to fix someone breaker in their house or sink leaking or put in a new fixture I have work along side electrician .When come to ordering new appliances I like to troubleshoot the problem first to see if it can be repaired I all so like to use a calendar to put down date when something was repaired for preventive maintenance.
