Clovis Unified School District Network Analyst II 1999 - Present

• Exchange Email: Recently, migrated on-prem Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019 and decommissioned servers. Completed a migration of the District email users to Office 365 email. Previously, completed a proof of concept to test if email, voicemail and discovery needs would be met by Office 365.

• Web Filtering: Using Palo Alto firewalls to filter web content for both students and staff, ensuring that the District stays in compliance with the Child Internet Protection Act.

• Email System Migration: Worked with external consultant and colleagues to migrate over 8,000 employee email accounts from Exchange 2007 to new Exchange 2013 email servers, with no interruption in email services for employees.

• Windows Server Maintenance: On a monthly basis, applying the current Windows updates to all the Windows Servers, in production at the District. Monitoring the system resources to insure maximum uptime of systems.

• Active Directory: Experienced using AD tools, creating, deleting and changing AD objects and groups. Created and modified Group Policies.

• Computer Forensics: Provided computer forensics services for the District as needed by either legal counsel or as requested by Human Resources. This includes physical hard drive examinations of desktops or laptops and, if requested, email discovery. Drove business decisions and reduced operational costs Education
