started out here asa shift manager,
and in two months the Director
asked me if would be interested in
taking case management classes to
be acase manager., was thrilled and
and so took the classes and started
working as a case manager.
My duties consisted of was not
limited to counseling all of the moms
and their children that they were in
our program.
So provided daily support for each
individual talk coping skills, and how
to beamomis atry to put their life
back together from tragedies that
had occurred.
put together care plans for each
individual in the family.
was in charge of the med cabinet as
well. No one was allowed anything
other than over-the-counter meds
or prescription meds but everything
on property was locked up for safety
precautions.
