Effects of Preprocessing Techniques on Cough Based Machine Learning Diagnosis January 2020 – May 2021 University of Oklahoma, Tulsa, OK
• A successful proposed automated solution for diagnosing diseases, including COVID-19, uses cough audio samples.
• To improve performance, pre-processing techniques in time and frequency domain were applied. Audio samples were taken with two seconds length, and feature engineering was done using audio-based features.
• PCA was applied for directionality reduction. Classifiers included LR, Gradient Boosting, SVM, RF, and KNN. Data Generation in Log Files for CSP Inference Engine via SOAP UI September 2019 – October 2019 Mentor Graphics, Lahore, Pakistan
• The project aimed to develop an AI-based inference engine to predict crashes in Cloud Service Platforms (CSP) OS.
• The engine uses telemetry logs to predict crashes, allowing for deployment of dependencies and preventing issues for customers. The inference engine uses SOAP UI to generate log files, replicating errors in the given environment.
• The engine's performance is ensured by generating different quality and quantity of telemetry log files to ensure optimal pattern recognition.
