City of Toronto Accessibility Upgrades G-17 Projects, Toronto Feb 2023- Present o I worked on this project as a site supervisor from February 2023 till present. This project included 11 various locations. Group 17 projects consisted of 8 Fire Hall Stations, one Police dog service building, one EMS Station and one Health centre building. This project aimed to renovate the city's facilities to meet AODA design of public spaces standards and other accessibility compliances requirements, including the Ontario Building Code (OBC), Barrier-Free design requirements and the city of Toronto accessibility design guidelines (TADG).

Residential Custom Home, Toronto July 2021- Feb 2023 o I worked on this project as a site supervisor from July 2021 till February 2023. This project was a Luxury 3 Stories custom home located Personna Blvd neighborhood. The total area of the home is almost 22,700 sqf. Estimated budget for this project was $12,000,000. Residential Townhouses/Homes, Toronto Dec 2017- May 2021 o I worked on this project as an assistant superintendent/site supervisor from December 2017 till May 2021. This project was 25 new brand 2&3 Stories townhouses located on Jefferson Side RD in Richmond Hill neighborhood. The total area of the project was more than 110,000 sqf. Estimated budget for the project was roughly $18,000,000.

Jaam-Elahieh Residential/Commercial Tower, Tehran, Iran Feb 2011 - Oct 2017 o I worked on this project as a Project Manager since February 2011 till December 2017. The project was a 21 Floors Residential/Commercial Tower included 55 Luxury Residential Units, 27 Commercial Units and 110 Parking space located in Fereshteh Area in Tehran. The total area of the project was almost 223,738 sqf. Estimated budget for the project was roughly $46,000,000. Residential, Commercial & Industrial Buildings, Jam, Bushehr, Iran Mar 2005 - Jan 2011 o I worked on this project as a site supervisor since March 2005 till January 2011. The project was 3 separate high-rise buildings including 320 residential units and 36 commercial units. Total area of the buildings was 512,285 sqf. Another project was a general hospital included 300-bed capacity and several sections like as surgery, maternity, emergency room, CCU, CPU etc. The total area of the hospital building was 185,000 sqf. Estimated budget for the project was roughly $112,000,000. Residential/ Commercial, Sport gym, Tehran, Iran Oct 2001 - Mar 2005 o I worked on this project as a junior project coordinator/Site Civil Engineer since October 2001 till March 2005. The project was 34 Floors Royal Residential, Sport gym & Commercial Complex Building Included 85 Luxury Residential Units, 27 Commercial Units and 4 floors with 150 Parking space also a gym centre. The total area of the building was 321,440 sqf. Estimated budget for the project was roughly $58,000,000.
