Senior Project Engineer to reduce Flooding in the area around lake Arthur Detention Facility..

Lake Arthur Detention Expansion – Enlarge an existing non-functioning detention basin. This consisted of compiling three tracts of land the held 45 ac-ft with no out fall drainage, the large detention basin has a capacity of 196 ac-ft, with the smaller basin having a capacity of 24 ac-ft. A pump station was designed for the large pond to pump out the remaining 51 ac-ft that is remaining after the overflow weirs have drained the pond.
