When my employment started, my duty was to be a machine operator where I managed machines manually or I would manage up to five machines at a time. When I had to manually manage the machine, I would take out parts of the machine, inspect, and trim if necessary for proper packing. When I was in charge of five machines, my duties were to inspect, box, weigh, label, and grind extra parts that were rejected. If parts were rejected, we had to take that part, replace it, and then re-do the process. Another part of my duty was to keep my area clean and organized. After two years, I became the lead operator. In this role, I was in charge of all operators and assigned their tasks. If needed, I would help with any issues and manage their breaks. I was in charge of all paperwork, rejected boxes, and ensuring all machines were operational. References
