Ive been helping out at my fathers machine shop for atleast ten years now. Oftentimes spending nights working on jobs to get them done before the due date. I've worked with welders, miller's, wire straighteners, forklifts, sanders, pipe benders, 3D printing, and soldering. I've also been doing work for a hand tools company drilling holes in inch and a half thick plates for a multi tools and helping with making machines to press screwdriver handles onto the screw drivers. After all the bakers had left I would then collect everything that had been used and needed to be cleaned which normally consist of 60 to 80 baking sheets, 20-40 cake pans, knives, spatulas, bench scrapers, piping bags, scoops, measuring cups, muffin pans, mixing bowls and mixing utensils. I also cleaned the floors, doors, tables and machines; would take out the trash that gets accumulated throughout the day from the front and back of the bakery. Occasionally I would have to put supply shipments away and deliver cakes to weddings and party's as far as an hour away both ways. If asked I would even help the bakers with putting the cakes away or rolling the dough into balls for the next days rolls. Education
