SKILLS:
Computer- typing at a quick pace and understanding the fundamentals on how to work a computer
Money- Giving and receiving money at a quick pace, counting money fast.
Speaking- I talk loud and clear so the customer can hear me but at a gentle soft tone of voice so I don’t come off as rude or irritated. Listening- I listen with no distractions so I know what the customer is asking for and make sure their needs are met.
Patience- If a customer does not know what they would like, I politely wait for their response and continue my work until they are ready but do not rush them.
Cooperation- I like to work with others and hear others opinions and ideas so we can collaborate and create a more efficient work environment.
Problem solving- When there is a problem I put my all of my effort into hearing both sides and finding a solution that satisfies everybody.
Leadership- There have been times where I needed to expand my mind and take initiative into planning and establishing ideas that will be innovative to the company.
Multitasking- I gained this skill while I was volunteering at the snack shack. At times I had to make snow cones while putting nachos together which taught me how to give the customer what they desire as quick as possible.
