I would make sure the guts where out of the chicken when they came threw the gut machine and most of the time was watching the chickens come down the line. If they had green or yellow wings and legs we had to pull them off. Or if they had fecal on them we had to pull them. If anything in general was wrong with them we pulled to be cut or thrown away.
