Over 36 years experience in the flexo graphic printing industries. Knowledge of Ryobi offset press, Manhasset, Webtron 650, Mark Andy 830,2200, 4200, 4150, Arsoma 4300, Nilpeter w/ and wo/servo.

* Knowledge of plate mounting 7”, 10”, 16”, 17”

* Knowledge of ink matching : work with customer for custom color, customer colors press check.

* Knowledge of rotary die cutting, sheet feed, roll form, sheeter order, hot stamp, imposing, silk screen packaging and shrink sleeves.

2002 to present : Chromatic Label & Packaging, Irvine CA

Pressmen : run 17” Nilpeter without servo for about 4 years. Then 17” Nilpeter w/ servo to now. Handle all new customer press check for Packaging printing. Specialize on thin material ( mil ), clear material, Shrink sleeve jobs and custom colors.

1987 to 2002 : Lord Label, Fullerton CA

Pressmen : start at a pressmen for about 10 years. Running labels, sheeter on Manhasset, Webtron, Mark Andy 830, 4200, 4150, Arsoma. Then got promote to supervision staff

Lead pressmen : for second shift. Responsible for production, job approvals, press utilization safety, minor repair on presses. Trouble shooting of related issues. Fill in as shift supervisor when required.

Closing of the plant at the end shift.
