● Managing The Operation and Maintenance of Emaar Malls under Emaar properties

● Preparation of asset registers with tagging.

● Schedule and updating the PPM of assets (MEP) and maintain the documents.

● Manage all the maintenance issues with customers and tenants in coordination with service providers.

● Coordinate with project team and contractor for all the new project DLP issues.

● Prepare the DLP snag list for new projects and follow up with contractor to complete the jobs.

● Keep the record of warranty certificates for property assets and claim the warranty from suppliers with proper details.

● Attending the Facility management meeting with management and contractor.

● Raising PR’s and coordinate with purchasing department and keep the record of property maintenance.

● Submit the service completion reports along with the invoices and supporting documents to finance department for completed works.

● Preparing budgets for managed assets and run the operations within the budget limits.

● Maintain the common area facilities and coordinate with community management.

● Keep record of all the Auto CAD drawings managed sited for operation requirements.

● Ensure that adequate and professional communications is provided to the clients during services/building shutdowns or emergencies

● Ensure a central archive of up to date contact details are maintained for all contractors and all staff are aware of which contractors to call and the applicable escalation paths

● Ensure that all works a carried out in a timely manner with high standard and discharged as per respective contracts.

● Liaising with suppliers/contractors to ensure that works carried out in the most efficient manner and at the lowest practical cost.

● Monitoring supplier/contractor performance and liaise with Facilities Manager to document instances of non-performance and corrective action taken.

● Make appropriate communication with various departments to eliminate maximum down time in the completion of the jobs.

● To mediate & coordinate between the management and consultants/contractors.

● Dealing with various projects in Emaar properties.
