Responsibilities include day-to-day operations and maintenance of building system
and custodial services, Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of contract
documents, conducting contract inspections to ensure compliance for and verification of
service and goods. Conducts inspections and performs various building systems, interior
finishes, and ground maintenance and repair tasks as required. Inspections include facility
painting, roadway, paving, roofing and elevators. Knowledge include: roof maintenance,
locks and key systems.
Property Management Technician I

Responsibilities include performing various contracts inspections. Prepares specifications
and drawings for a variety of maintenance. Contracts for the Property Management Group.
Duties included interfacing with the general public, Commission customers and contractors; performs other related duties as required. Examples of work are as follows: responsible
for the complete management inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance functions
within an assigned facility or property. Coordinates, inspects and provides oversight;
ground maintenance, janitorial, facilities maintenance, glass repair, moving contracts,
tree removal, window cleaning, street sweeping, overhead door repairs, fence repairs
and office relocation services. Work is performed under general supervision of the Facility Manager.
