-Part Time: Office Manager – I maintained the office. I was responsible for supplies and equipment. I handled accounts payable and accounts receivable. I oversaw everything QuickBooks, the delinquent report, recouping funds and processed all outgoing statements. Handled the credit cards and bank reconciliations. I assisted my boss in communicating with clients, setting meetings, scheduling jobs and going to work sites.

-Part Time: Insurance Coordinator – I verified benefits for consults and procedures prior to surgery with a very good approval record. I also worked the delinquent report and was able to recoup significant funds, I processed appeals and got them paid.
