CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

Twin 14-story Residential Project: Directed and managed construction of $150M, twin, 14-story condominiums with attached five-story garage, pool, clubhouse and gym for Turnberry Associates.

39-Story Fontainebleau II: Obtained Certificate of Occupancy (CO) within 3 months of first TCO for 39-story, $180M Fontainebleau II, including multi-level connector spine.

Hotel Project Turnaround: Took ownership of 9-story, $25M Marriot Residence Inn, a project that was behind. Supervised and managed the Structural, MEP, and Finish efforts in the complete construction of the hotel with restaurant. Brought project in on-time within budget.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Construction Superintendent:

•Manage all stages of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.

•Assess contractor documents, supplied plans, and blueprints; create detailed project plan, and determine objectives, schedules, procedures and quality standards.

•Perform and audit project needs assessment including project schedules, engineering, insurance, document filings, purchase materials, labor cost, job cost reporting, equipment, and more.

•Conduct site inspections evaluate progress of work in regards to specifications; identify and execute revisions requiring extensive interaction with project engineers and architects.

•Monitor and control project safety, regulatory compliance per OSHA requirements, quality, budgets and schedules.

•Plan, coordinate and supervise all city/county inspections, including structural, MEP, life safety and final inspections. Obtain licenses and COs.
