SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Kemper Financial Services - Project Manager for Data Conversion SYSTEM (not a one time application), converting 4.2 million of Kemper’s Mutual Fund accounts and related data from DST (vendor) Platform to an inhouse Kemper Platform.
Massachusetts General Hospital - Created new on-line front-end registration system as well as revamping claims processing and backend on-line connection for NEIC billing system. The new system cut the Date of Service to date of payment from an average of 14 weeks to an average of 5 days immediately increasing cash flow by over one million dollars per month.
Fidelity (Brokerage) - Project Leader of a team modifying data structures across the entire Brokerage System.
CitiBank – Project Manager for Hedge Fund systems, operations, testing and release management.
State Street Bank – Developed a user friendly, online application to create an on demand, online test database sourcing live data from the Retirement Funds Production Database. It required 15 minutes to run, creating unique, customized test system.
Stone & Webster Engineering/DOE/TVA - Manager of Computer Systems on the Clinch River Breeder Reactor project in Oak Ridge, TN. (DOE / TVA)
Stop & Shop Companies Project manager in charge of converting a personnel /payroll system for a retail corporation (100,000 employees).
Meijer Stores (Midwest US) - Worked as a customer service agent in a remote call center.
