My journey to becoming a UX Researcher began as a Quality Assurance hire at a small web optimization company. Where I built their QA department from the ground up, before transitioned into a UX research role post-acquisition. My QA background gave me a unique perspective on the needs of average users. As a researcher, I have collaborated with and learned from designers, developers, project managers, and clients across most major industries.
