• Schedule new patients and enter demographic information. Request medical records when needed. Email patients any documents and or information they request.

• Communicate with the doctor's regarding patient questions and concerns or refill requests. Reply to the patient with Dr.'s response.

• Contact no show or missed appointments to reschedule or when the Dr's schedule changes. Provide patient with the proper paperwork and information needed for procedures.
