Experiences
1 - Project manager in Omran Herat Bastan Construction Company 2022 – present 2022 – present I manage the road projects funded by the World Bank, consulted by UNOPS, and executed by the Omran construction company - OCC. My role involved resource management, project scheduling, and daily reporting to UNOPS.
2 – Project Manager in Inkeshaf Construction Company – ICC. Since 2006 – 2022
2019 to 2021, I was the directing manager for ICC's subcontracted 25 km highway project awarded by EnEz Inc. a Turkish company. This project involved segment # 02 of the Baghlan to Bamian B2B highway, funded by the World Bank, controlled by the Ministry of Public Works of Afghanistan, and consulted by UNOPS.
2015 to 2018, I managed my team in designing the HVAC system for the Polytechnic University of Kabul, which covers 500,000.00 square meters. Our final deliverable included preparing the as-built drawing for all covered areas, designing HVAC system pipelines, and the HVAC motor system.
2011 to 2014. I managed the Design & Construction of the Afghan National Army Air Corps (ANAAC), Shindand Expansion, Phase I, Shindand Air Base project from Apr 2011 – Mar 2014 with Emrooz Engineering and Construction Company. As a service provider, I supplied construction resources on schedule with the highest quality. My team had various construction resources and a qualified human resource team, enabling the project to be completed on time and meet all requirements.
2011 to 2013, ICC/ALPS JV supplied ready-mix concrete for the CSB project near Camp Zafar, Herat, Afghanistan as part of USACE Contract W5J9LE-11-C-0001. We set up a batching plant on-site and provided all the necessary concrete resources to meet project requirements. My focus was on delivering high-quality concrete efficiently to keep the project on track and support the USACE and ACI team in achieving their goals."
2009 -2011 Construction of military bases and supply of logistics to American, Italian, and Spanish armies in Afghanistan as a subcontractor of Spectrum Company from 2009 to 2011.
Involved in the resurfacing of Herat runway as a subcontractor with Reccon International Inc. from August 17, 2010, to September 30, 2010.
2009, Construction of Regional Training Center - RTC compound for Afghan regional police adjacent to the Herat airport, as a subcontractor of NASA, the Turkish company.
2008-2009, Construction of BAGHAK GIRLS SCHOOL, funded by World Vision NGO, Afghanistan west office.
2006-2007 Construction of GULKHANAH PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BADGHISP PROVINCE, funded by World Vision NGO, Afghanistan west office.
3 – 2005-2006 Site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor for USAID/Loues burger group Inc./ kandahar–Herat high road In the project, my role was as follows:
Inspect, facilities and study project drawings, designs, and work statements;

Collaborate with management to align activities with business objectives. 4 – 2004-2005 Site Consulting Engineer at COCKS Consultant Inc Germany in the Water supply project of Herat City, In COCKS Consultant Inc, was hired by the KFW Bank of Germany for the assistance of third-world countries, and they were supposed to design and execute the water supply system for the city of Herat-Afghanistan. My role in this project as a site consulting Engineer was as follows:
Prepare a water well profile to show the water availability of different ground layers.
Conduct of pump test.
Conduct compressor test.
Consult trench excavation with the contractor.
Consult polyethylene water pipe installation for the contractor.
Consult steel water pipe installation for contractor.
Consult construction of concrete structures for the contractor.
Consult installation of the electric generator and water pumps for the contractor.
Prepare progress reports to form all site activities.
Represent progress reports to the German resident consulting Engineer and super attendant.
Conduct the weekly meetings with the contractor and make meeting agendas. 5 – 2003-2004 Survey and Design Engineer at Barak/ NSP, Badghis province In the National Solidarity Program – NSP, the Afghanistan government and Western consultant Engineers founded the program for the rehabilitation and development of rural areas and villages. Brack was a Bangladeshi organization hired by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development – MRRD in BADGHIS-AFGHANISTAN, to implement the program. I was hired by Barack and NSP as a survey and design Engineer for the projects. My role as the survey and design Engineer in this mission was as follows:
Consulting community elders on their critical challenges in the village.
Survey their most important necessary projects,
Feasibility survey of the proposed project.
Financially assessment of the proposed project.
Design, estimate, and prepare a proposed project's work plan.
Execution and management of the proposed project.
Work with communities to Phase their needs based on available grants.
