Sales Associate/ Service Worker/ General Cleaner

Current Employment: Dae Sung LLC. Private Government contractor for Homeland Security at

the CVG airport. Support service worker part time. I have been there since 2012 and am currently still in the position.

June 2005 to 2011 University of Cincinnati

I began employment at the University as a Custodial worker and was promoted to Event Technician I and then Event Technician II. This is a fast paced position involving heavy interaction with a diverse population ranging from the University’s President, notables such as John Grisham, Spike Lee, student organizations, National Writers conferences and AMA meetings. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical. I have been awarded perfect attendance on three occasions. Unfortunately I was laid off. Collectively I have over ten years in Janitorial experience. These duties included trash collection, carpet care, vacuuming, extracting and bonnet spot cleaning. I also have experience in floor care including operation of side-to-side machines, auto-scrubbers and burnishers and stripping and waxing floors. Pete’s Photo World 2003 to 2005 Cincinnati, Ohio

Sales Associate: Consulted customers regarding purchasing of film and digital cameras and supplies. This position required face to face contact and required diverse interpersonal skills. I received sales leader of the month a couple of times and had near perfect attendance. Pete went out of business and the company that took over cut our pay and vacation time. I was then offered a position at UC. Agee True Value 2002 to 2003 Oxford, Ohio

Sales Associate: This position required a host of responsibilities ranging from general sales of plumbing, electrical supplies and shipping and receiving. Unfortunately the owner passed away and the family sold the store and property.

2000 to 2002 Greater LA area, California

I moved to California and failed miserably. A wonderful place to visit but unless you are driving a Mercedes and making close to six figures you will struggle. 1993 to 2000 Miami University, Oxford, Ohio

Special Events worker/Custodian: Responsibilities included but were not limited to setting up for National Swimming and Diving competitions. This position also required light maintenance and custodial duties and assisting guests and visitors. I resigned after deciding to move out west. Educational Background

Kent State University: BA in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology. Pertinent personal information: I am a very approachable person and people seem to take a liking to me immediately, perhaps because of trust and my ability to keep things confidential. Excellent attendance record.
