PROFESSIONAL & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Home Cleaning Centers of America Goodyear, Arizona Home Cleaner June 1, 2021 – August 1, 2021
• Over the summer I helped my dad with his cleaning business. I worked hard with my dad to clean houses in a sufficient way.
• This job taught me the importance of customer service because I had to talk to customers about how I would clean their house. If there were issues it was important that I confronted the customers in a friendly and respectable manner.
• I had to learn how to use different products within a short period of time which led me to being about to learn quickly and perform well.
Dog Sitting Goodyear, Arizona
Dog Sitter January 2021 – Present
• I spent a few years taking care of many dogs for multiple families.
• This job taught me how to be responsible when on a different persons property and to always be cautious of my surroundings.
• While I dog sat I would have to play with them, feed, them, and made sure they were taken care of per the owner request.
Nanny Goodyear, Arizona
Babysitter for a family January 2021 – Present
• I spent almost three years with this family and will help with their kids when I am back in town.
• I would pick the girls up from school, take them home so that they could eat before going to their sports practices, when practice was done, I would take them home, help the girls with homework, and then get them ready for bed.
• Being in charge of two young girls was a huge responsibility and taught me a lot. I knew that these girls needed me to act as a parent figure which meant making sure they were having fun but also staying safe. It taught me how to take care of someone that you love but are related to which resonates well with my major because it is about taking care of others.
Trivium Mentor Program City, State
Mentor to Middle Schoolers August 2022 – March 2023
• Every day after school I was assigned to a classroom where I would help kids complete their homework.
• I always wanted to help these kids not only with their homework but just giving them support on anything else they felt they needed to talk about or needed help on.
• This taught me how to be compassionate towards younger students that struggled in any way. I am always wanting to help the people around me and being able to help kids that were in my school and a lot younger was really special.
