• Inspect work in progress and, if work is not in conformance with specifications and standards, initiates corrective action, and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Supervises staff and contractors including setting and communicating objectives, and evaluating performance, pursuant to university and departmental polices and procedures.
• Regularly inspected buildings, grounds, and equipment to assess conditions and generates work requests to address deficiencies and recommend improvements.
