• Inspecting bad pizza dough on the oven line, throw away into (big yellow totes).. Rotate 30mins, wait until someone takes over your spot… Put on a clear apron or a plastic apron, sleeve guards, gloves, hair-nets, (face mask, if your sick) Frozen area is 34 degrees, help to keep frozen pizza dough, hard..
• No hoodies, but fleece jackets are fine
• Grab 10 or 20 frozen pizzas, from (black totes), put frozen pizzas on metal table, fill in the open spaces. When the light changes, on the conveyor belt…
• “Red”, machine light, automatically stacks the pizzas, (10-pizzas) then put them into the black totes,
(12pizzas) in the totes, then a cardboard sheet is inserted to divide it up.
• “Green”, machine light, changes lanes, fill in the empty spaces on the conveyor belt..
• Jam ups might happen, if do, then got to act fast, take out bad dough, put in (yellow totes). Restart, the line, fill in the spaces on the conveyer belt… Daily dry clean up…
• Take off, apron, sleeve guards, switch gloves most of the time, if touch dough on the ground…
• Sweep up every corner or bad dough on the ground, use squeezy, if needed… Clean Up
• Wear waterproof boots, pants, & jackets…
• It may get hot, like sweaty hot..
• Use pressure hoses to clean, the freezers
