In my role as an Administrative Supervisor at Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc., I provided proactive support to the Manager of the Southern Network Division, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents. I was responsible for completing assigned administrative tasks within time and scope constraints, offering leadership and guidance to a team of administrative professionals, and delivering technical support for 20 laptops and 15 desktop computers. I also played a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring talented staff to meet and exceed organizational needs. One of my notable achievements was improving productivity by 20% due to developing/streamlining Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs), which created a seamless transition of documentation between administrative staff, managers and field operating staff.
