I rang up customers and took multiple orders at once. I would stock candy, drinks, frozen foods, etc. when management came with supplies. I cooked hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, oreos, pretzels, nachos and various meals for guests. My work entailed very busy hours at times which also allowed me to learn and perfect my customer service techniques. I also closed which entailed wiping down counter spaces, sweeping, mopping, cleaning grills, doing dishes, and split tips.

I took orders, handled cash and card payments and waited on tables all while ensuring customer satisfaction. I made drinks such as fountain drinks, pitchers, teas, coffees, etc. and delivered them to tables. I cooked mostly pizzas (from scratch) but also cooked finger food such as fried chicken nuggets, fried veggies, onion rings and fries. This job also entailed retrieving and restocking supplies and included freezer experience. Lastly but most importantly I’d keep up on dishes in the kitchen and consistently wipe down counter spaces. STOPPED WORKING HERE BECAUSE: Management and hours were inconsistent and messy. I was looking for a more stable and committed work environment than they were offering. I've also taken Culinary Arts classes with the Career Center. I’m polite, concise, and motivated . I’ve worked with different kinds of cash registers (old and new), and have
had a lot of customer-service experience as well. I am a problem solver, an active listener, people-oriented,
patient, and responsible. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive mind-set, and
