Core Accountabilities & Responsibility at Present Job:

Overall responsible for Plant, Equipment Maintenance & projects.

Lead team of Engineers and Technicians to provide Engineering & Utility Support to the plant so as to achieve desired production targets.

Undertake & Execute de-bottlenecking / expansion projects in coordination with project team.

To liaison with relevant regulatory authorities & ensure statutory compliance's in totality.

Responsible for Calibration of Instruments,

To identify training needs of direct repartee’s & arrange for skill up gradation,

Review & implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule,

Resources mobilization in time of break-down,

Inventory Management of Engineering spares,

Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts rate finalization,

To identify & recommend the need for replacement/ renewal of plant, equipment & machinery,

Identification of Resource requirement,

Maintaining Good House Keeping & Safety in Department,

To prepare Budgets for Eng. Spares / fuel / Consumables of Eng. proper control of the expenditure,

To provide engineering support for various efficiency / productivity / safety /quality improvements initiatives,

Prepare monthly and forward MIS to VP(M) and Other HO Team,

Exposed to cGMP documents likeSOP Preparations, Training documents

In charge of Engineering service(Engineering& Utility) and department comprises of 21skilled technicians and 3 Engineers (Total-24 employees and 17 CL)
