Triage

My duties involved working as a technician in the Triage, Repair, and Quality Control Departments, repairing and servicing various models of Chromebooks, Android and Apple Tablets, Nintendo Switches, and Apple Watches.

As a Triage Technician, I assessed the condition of the devices upon arrival, then sent them to the Repair Department.

As a Repair Technician, I used the triage assessment along with our testing process to look for any other issues and service the devices accordingly. They in turn would input the ETA for said parts.
