Triage
My duties involved working as a technician in the Triage, Repair, and Quality Control Departments, repairing and servicing various models of Chromebooks, Android and Apple Tablets, Nintendo Switches, and Apple Watches.
As a Triage Technician, I assessed the condition of the devices upon arrival, then sent them to the Repair Department.
As a Repair Technician, I used the triage assessment along with our testing process to look for any other issues and service the devices accordingly. Used Microsoft Excel to organize repaired devices with Mean Time To Repair (MMTR), and parts used. Also used Microsoft Excel to list repair parts needed for the Ordering Department. They in turn would input the ETA for said parts.
My job in Quality Control was to test and inspect the devices and verify that they are working properly and verifying that each device was defect free .
