Managed at Pierina Gold Mine, Huaraz-Peru, the construction of the expansion (Phase 7) of the leaching field and others improvement woks for the existing infrastructure facilities such as removing top soil, massive earthwork, leaching field’s underdrainage system, liner installation, diversion channels, water management, stockpile management, and roads construction.

Directed the bid processes, contract negotiations, certification of payments, change orders, commissioning and project’s closure.

Lead construction (direct hired and subcontractors), HS&E, Project Control, QC/QA, Environmental control, Consultants and Inspections.

Starting the Closure Program of the mine in accordance with law regulations.

Managed at Las Bambas Copper Mine, Apurimac-Peru, massive earthwork, water management system, pump stations, and construction of water/Fresh water/ Reclaim and Intake water facilities including all water pipelines (30+ KM ).

Leaded the Piping installation (110+ KM Pipe Diam. 2” to 42”) for the 140,000 Ton/day Copper Concentrator Plant.

Directed at Pascua-Lama Gold Mine, Lama-Argentina, the construction of all Tailing Storage Facilities included the main earth Dam and leaching field.

Be-in-charge of removing topsoil, massive earthwork, dam’s and leaching field’s underdrainage system, liner installation, diversion channels, emergency spillways, water management, stockpile management, and roads construction.

Managed at Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates ( UAE ), the construction of the Abu Dhabi Financial Centre, consisted of four High-rise buildings ( 30 to 36-story ), huge 5-story Stock Exchange building and 2 ea. 6-story Parking buildings.

Lead the Infrastructure Works that included bridges and elevated roads ( 30+ ft. above ground ), surface roads, utility tunnels, Cooling Plant, sanitary sewer, storm water drainage, and Reclamation works for the expansion of the Island, and the perimeter seawall around the Phase I of this project .

Lead as Vice President and Owner’s Representative hired by San Geronimo Caribe and Lema Developers, the Construction Management of the Paseo Caribe Mix-Use Complex, consisted of 3 ea. High-rise buildings ( 24-story high ), 2 ea. Condo Hotel Towers for Hilton Hotels, a Shopping center, and a 1400-lots Parking building . Project Value: 326+ Million.

Managed for Lema Developers construction of one 20-story High rise building and several residential town-housing units in different locations in Puerto Rico. Total: 700,000 sq-ft.
