My responsibilities as a Lead technician is first morally to treat everyone with love and respect and from there my job gets so much easier because the people always respond very well to respect and being poliete essentially these morals helped me and my team produce a company record of running 99% PE compared to other shifts which were at 80% PE But essentially I'm in charge of operating a rectifier machine as well as adjusting measures according to what parts and from what customer we have orders from.
