I did many projects in Manual Testing and Automated testing using Selenium. Did ‘Online projects’, because of Visa Status at that time. My job is to ‘quality check’ the documents, Label and Stamp and Sign the LCAs by the Manager, scan and upload back to the ‘Off shore Team in India’ and other roles include: Proof read ‘the petitions’ and documents and Scanning the petitions and documents.
This Project is ended by the GI, Infosys without giving any Notice or Information, while I was still in the training, took training for 3 weeks.

Description: The Public Sector Lockbox is a Multi shift, almost 360 working days Federal Government operated Service. Here in this particular unit under Citi, the work is to process “US Passport Applications” under strict Federal Government rules and regulations. The core functions of this Job includes Processing the applications, Scanning the application information into the system, Data Entry, Dispatch, Intercept and Mailroom Operations. The main function of this job is Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
1. This job includes processing the Public Sector Applications, specifically involved in quality control functions such as Intercepting the Applications, auto-verifications, dispatch, reject processing, and data entry.
2. This work includes, accurate Data Entry of Applicant’s information into the system using both alpha and numeric data entry.
3. Also includes sometimes Mail Sorting and Dispatching the Mail.
4. Adhering to the quality of the work and federal government rules, the rejected applications are Intercepted (meaning: if the applicant’s information is incomplete, or the payment is incomplete or the checks are missing, we have to ‘Fill a form’ saying, (given the information) why the application is rejected, this information is for the Applicants as well as for the Clients.
5. As a critical member of the Operations Production team, our work should meet the production and quality standards. Should strictly adhere to Client’s requirements and compliance guidelines.

Description: Worked as a Process Executive – Data. The work is Validation of the Data and then entering into the system.
Responsibilities:
1. I was part of the Fulfillment team responsible for reviewing the Exception Reports.
2.Perform the exception corrections and update in QNXT system. QNXT is a web-based application that handles claims processing.
3. Involved in printing ID cards and Member Letters.
4. End-to-end ownership of the Exception Trigger Report and ensure correction of all the errors therein.
5. Handling the letter template inventory, any changes need to be communicated to Quadient team.

Customer Service Representative: In 2020, took Training for ‘State Farm Insurance’, ‘Lynx Services’, under Robert Half. This Job is a CSR job under the Agency called Lynx Services located at Irving. We gave Customer Support for State Farm Insurance. The responsibilities included, taking inbound calls from the customers and giving them proper information about their claims, and also any other information asked by the customers which is prompted by the Company.
