Apple Care- I took inbound calls where customers would call in to either make a payment, apply for an increase in their credit limit on their Apple Card, or to pay their card off. I also customers via chat.
Process Associate Deposit
I took inbound calls where the customer wanted to open a checking, savings, or cd account. Opening and closing accounts, making transfers, and wire transfers.
Process Associate Fraud
Assisted the customers if they’ve had any fraudulent activity on their account or if they thought it was fraudulent related. If provided them with the notes on their account, if so while verifying the customer’s account, ensuring accurate security procedures were in place or if they needed to dispute a transaction that they were not familiar with.
