There are many areas in the warehouse. I was located in the giftware area which request associates to have good math, reading and writing ethics. I am able to carry up to 50lbs, move at a fast pace with cautions and standing long periods of time. I follow directions from guidelines and also as instructed from my team.
• Handling fragile items; such as, liquid containers, glass, cosmetics, ect. anything that is delicate and/ or breakable. These reach to the delivery associates, store associates, and the associates packaging the items.
• The items need to be handle with care for, they could possibly be broken or spilled,which could lead to injury or skin irritation, you must wear proper PPE
• Scan and verify all information located on the documents, these must match the order you received, the documents are usually attach.
• Place a ticket sticker ( price tags) on the correct location of the product. The location of price tag may vary depending on the item, Therefore we cannot cover the labels, ingredients, and its made of.
• Prepare finished work for the next associate's, whom will verify and sort finished work properly into the box.
• Provide completed or uncompleted documents to clerk, for the clerk will process this information into the system, stating that it may require adjustments or it has been processed successfully. Amazon Warehouse Associate
