Worked my way up to warehouse lead/certifier which i held for 4 yrs, as lead i was becoming more involved with inventory and product handled,moving trucks around the yard

As certifier i took on more responsibilities within the warehouse like counting inventory, replenishment,Out Of stocks,transport and control of the entire Saturday warehouse operation entirely alone

In December of 2013 I transferred to Albany Latham for an opportunity to become a warehouse supervisor in this role I was responsible for 24-30 loader/builders as well as 2 certifiers The experience working as a transport/nightloading supervisor who also completes other aspects such as payroll, hiring, firing, weekly staffing

i in 2016 I was promoted to transport supervisor, where I gained some knowledge of the trucking transportation industry

In October of 2016 i was promoted to transport supervisor in the Albany, Latham warehouse

Working as the warehouse manager my duties include, attendance, routing, dispatching inventory control, loading and unloading,picking verifying accuracy of picking, coaching, setting the days work load up, attending to any issue involving the building conditions inside or outside, working with vendors/customers and accountability of anything or anyone whom works or passes thru the warehouse.

Forklift operator (standup/sitdown forklifts)

Used propane powered sit-down lifts to pick pallets and load trucks

voice pick/wms trained

Trained on how to use and operate voice pick/wms as a tool for productivity and night’s workload (waiving/allocating)

Geo-box Trained

Was trained on geo-box as the satellite switched over from the conventional way of loading and picking

Team building

When i came to Latham my biggest challenge was taking a warehouse team where the common theme was a us vs. them attitude or state of mind and get them to work as a team while foster an all inclusive workplace
