Scholastic Book Fairs, Lake Mary, FL 2019-2021

o Communicated and managed over 30 individual school book fairs monthly basis through Salesforce software. o Trained school employees weekly on initial purchasing procedures and daily financial forms needed to run a fair. o After 5 months as a Book Fair Representative, I was given my own county (Polk) to manage with over 55 schools. o Organized and ran workshops for school employees showcasing new tools and programs to help increase book fair sales. o Designed, unpacked, and decorated 3 to 5 book fairs a week in Orange and Polk counties to maximize sales. o Responded to and resolved daily emergency calls regarding Scholastic equipment needed to execute each fair. Windermere Elementary, Windermere, FL (VOLUNTEER) 2015-2019 o Advertise, set-up & manage weekly Scholastic Book Fairs each school year. Reconciling daily/weekly budgets vs. actuals for each fair. Achieved between $16K & $21K in total sales in one week & over 6,000 books sold on average each year. o Selected and managed vendors/budget during the installation of 10 new eco-friendly water fountains throughout the elementary school.
