No more than * moving violations in the last 3 years.

No Convictions of DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.

No convictions of leaving the scene of an accident in the last 3 years.

No pattern(s) of unsafe driving.

Background Checks:

No Felonies in the last 10 Years.

No convictions of theft in the last 10 years.

No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.

No misdemeanor convictions for any of the following in the last 10 years: assault, resisting arrest, failure to appear due to driving offense, or prostitution.

Convictions with no time limit for: vehicular manslaughter, kidnapping, sexual battery/rape, robbery, or trafficking of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

ALL misdemeanors within the last 3 years will be reviewed by the Director of Safety prior to a potential IC Agreements being executed.
