2.Experience: Over 15 years of experience as a security guard & security supervisor.

3.Observation and Awareness: Having a keen eye for every sector and a constant awareness of identify potential threats or suspicious activity.

4.Communication: Having ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and law enforcement, handling situations and conflict resolution.

5.Enforcement: Maintaining security protocols, procedures, including access control, managing entry points and exit points.

6.Reporting: Maintaining detail log, report of incident, security check, report to the supervisor as a daily routine.

7.Technology: Having skill of using security system, technology like surveillance camera, alarm, and access control systems.

8.Physical Fitness: Having ability to perform patrol, respond to emergencie, and restrain individual if necessary require a certain level of physical fitness.
