Utilized SAS and SQL code to develop the models and analyzed data from various sources to assist the call center personal in identifying at-risk accounts and develop a system of reporting them to upper management. Resulted in a $10 million saving to Citi by reduction of sub standard brokers and improved loss mitigation.

Re-engineered ETL process of bank and private label credit card accounts to Citi and third party vendors. Developed and maintained both mainframe and UNIX production jobs using JCL, SAS, and COBOL.
