Transferred to establish the broker evaluation database and risk mitigation process related to the acquisition of first and second lean mortgages. Developed scoring models to evaluate both brokers and customers using Corelogic and behavioral data. Created ad hoc reports for tracking results from implemented policy changes to management. Utilized SAS and SQL code to develop the models and analyzed data from various sources to assist the call center personal in identifying at-risk accounts and develop a system of reporting them to upper management. Utilized TQM process methodology.

Resulted in a $10 million saving to Citi by reduction of sub standard brokers and improved loss mitigation.

Associate Project Manager – Database Marketing

Re-engineered ETL process of bank and private label credit card accounts to Citi and third party vendors. Developed and maintained both mainframe and UNIX production jobs using JCL, SAS, and COBOL. Trained personnel on production system, mapped data for new portfolio acquisitions, audited campaigns and data modeling. Created ad hoc reports to track response rates for management. Utilized Encompass software (Acxiom proprietary software) for tagging of campaign data. Encrypted and transmitted data to our outside vendors using NDM / connect direct and SFTP. Developed and maintained CREW (CustomeR Early Warning) system for Credit Risk department utilizing SAS and UNIX shell scripts. Created ad hoc reports and extracts of at-risk customers, control and test groups for tracking model strategy and model universe.
