● Maintenance of field instruments as per the schedule & planning.

● Calibration of various field instruments.

● Knowledge of attending of breakdowns without any process disturbance.

● Maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting of various makes of temperature, pressure, Flow, Level, transmitters, with all types of AI /AO and DI/DO etc.

● Managing and Supervision of Field Instruments Installation and Commissioning activities in Field Instruments, Boiler, Ash Handling System, SPM analyzer.

● Knowledge of operations of VFD.

● Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, loop checking and Maintenance of various field Instruments like PT, TT, DPT, LT transmitters, thermocouple, RTD, Weighing Load Cell etc.

● Calibration of

o Pneumatic control valves (MIL Control Valves, KSB Control Valves). o Different analyzers: Conductivity, pH (Forbes Marshall), Brix. o Various flow meters. Transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Yokogawa, ABB) o Motorized Valve (AUMA)

o Weighing load cell
