Responsible for establishing functional process and procedure on review of various project reports prepared by cost leads on budgets, costs & forecasts on compliance to standards, procedures and manuals.

Manage internal functional presentations to update the latest corporate requirements & expectations as well as prepare bench marks on cost and technical data for supporting internal evaluation during proposal/bidding stage for estimates on new bids.
