Handling all the operation & activity in Binsina WHS Outbound(Order Releasing/Assigning for Picking under staff task & Inbound( checking Customer PO/Matching Value/Checking Variation of VAT) & Returns(Receiving Approved PO in System/Segregation of Expiry & Damaged Based on Division Confirmation).

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Provide leadership of a shift within the inbound & outbound team 100% accuracy.

Suggest and lead process improvements with support from across the Warehouse Operation.

All inbound shipment update & Put Way in proper Locator.

System knowledge of WMS, ORACLE, MANHATTAN.

Arranging MOH Related documents for market release for new shipment.

After update in system make cross verify system report with physically paper.

Prepare and transfer Stock to other branch & cycle count daily basis for Inventory Accuracy.

Plan for Delivery Schedule within the Emirates as per costumer LPO dated.

Process information/input data using appropriate systems.

Provide support for other areas of the business when required.

Follow Company safety policies, systems of work, procedures, signage and Guidelines.

Coordinator with clearance and forwarder team & Division for on the way shipment for space arrange WH.

Control damage & expired goods As per Company policy with reason.

Attend training and to develop skill and knowledge. Education Training & Business Skills

12th Passed with Computer & Science.

Oracle, WMS, Manhattan Training from AKI IT for Inbound/Outbound/Inventory process.

First Aid, Fire Safety training Certificate achieve from Health, Safety & Quality management.
