How does this work?

How Pay Works

Wages are paid bi-weekly. This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in each work week. All forms of compensation referred to in this letter are subject to reduction to reflect applicable withholding and payroll taxes and other deductions required by law.

How Benefits Work

As a new employee, you are eligible to participate in the Company sponsored benefit programs on the first of the month following 30-days of employment. Benefit details will be provided in separate copy. What Do We Need From You?

This offer of employment is contingent and conditioned upon the successful completion of a Background Check and Substance Abuse Screening; required to be completed before start date. Background check may include verification of your education, work history, motor vehicle (driving roles), credit (accounting and finance roles) and U.S. work authorization. You will be provided instructions on completing these pre-employment screening and required to complete the Substance Abuse Screening within 48 hours of acceptance of this offer. Keep it to Yourself
