For the past 12 years, I have worked for Monro, Inc., a company with 1,300 locations across 32 US states. My primary responsibility has been servicing and maintaining the company’s 4,000 phone lines, currently accessed through a VoIP network. I have strong interpersonal skills and an excellent ability to relate to customers on the phone. Since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020, I have been successful working remotely to meet daily objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, I processed more than 20 service requests that included troubleshooting loss of service, requests for new service, and any other system problems.
In my most recent role, I worked with Evolve IP telecom systems, with previous experience managing a RingCentral network. When our company transitioned from RingCentral to Evolve IP, I played a key role in ensuring the migration took place without any interruption of service to the 1,300 store locations.
I hold an AAS degree in Information Technology and previously held the Cisco Certified Network Administrator credential, which I am in the process of recertifying. I also hold a Session Initiation Protocol certification and have completed significant network security training.
