Installation Supervisor July 2014 - Present

San Diego Electric Sign

Working supervisor managing a team of journeymen and apprentice

installers in all aspects of signage and video display installation ranging

from simple store front signage up to high rise building identity systems

and sports venue / retailer high impact video displays.

My scope of work is ensuring and executing the proper installation and

aesthetic result of all clients onsite physical advertising expectations.

Iam trained and required to operate and train as the competent man

employees on most construction equipment operation from simple lifts .ie

scissor / boom up to skid steer, telehandelers, front loaders, backhoes and

cranes.

Ialso perform most installation surveys which includes equipment

requirements for the scope of work, accessibility, safety requirements and

onsite installation data. OSHA 30 certification as well

Journeyman September 2008 - July 2014

e Journeyman installer in charge of installing all aspects of client required

identifying systems from monument signage, pylon signs and building

signs.

¢ This includes equipment work digging footings, excavation, welding, crane

work to install physical structure, concrete work, electrical installation and

more.

Apprenticeship August 2005 - September 2008

IBEW International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers

¢ Schooled as an apprentice electrician in the local 569 electrical

apprenticeship program. Worked for Dynaelectric. Southland, and Marrow -

Meadows before the housing crash in 2008. 1st of the 4th then returned to

the sign trade due to lack of work in the union
