2006-2010 (250-300 users) maintained and deployed rebuild generic windows xp desktops and laptops (Panasonic Tough-book cf-19), maintained a list of all deployed computer names and there static IP address.
Trouble shoots all user problems e.g., input and output problem form the computer, fix or replace new and used hardware such as monitors, printers, mice and keyboards. Fix network problems such as no network connections, internet explorer security settings (Parts Catalogs for service/sales).
Fix Reynolds & Reynolds ERA services/parts user problems and call for services for R&R line printers for accounting. Perform dally tape backup for the Reynolds servers.
Trouble shoot problem with B/W laser Lexmark printers for Accounting and Parts/Service (replace paper feeding rollers, diagnose printing problems such as network problems or computer driver problems).
