Application Management Centre of Excellence deals with maintenance of Application related data for various clients at corporate level. The Project’s objective is to develop reports and dashboards for the Outsourcing and Transition Feasibility department according to the business requirements. These reports enable users to perform Application maturity assessment to help determine the improvements in cost and integration of the application landscape. The tool also enables users to calculate and generate reports to arrive at the SLA compliance level of the projects within the organisation.
